I’ve been MIA again sorry…. I have been eating really well lately but every now and then I screw up so badly that it basically gets rid of the progress I made. But I do go to the gym everyday if not twice and I burn most of the food off. I’ve been trying to eat under like 700 cal and just burn most of it off but I haven’t seen much results so I’m starting the abc diet again. This time for real. And I dont even care if I feel sock like I did last time. I’m not going to give up. I have to look good for prom in 3 weeks.
So since I screwed up yesterday I didn’t eat anything today, went to the gym this morning, am at the gym now, and plan on going once more tonight. I’m also going to a friends house for a dinner party type thing and since I already told her I could come I can’t back out. I was planning on not eating at all today but I’ll eat a little at her house I guess so I’m not rude.
So tomorrow I’ll start at day 3 of the abc diet because I did days 1&2 two days ago and I don’t want to eat 500 cal. As of now I’m at -760.
